The practice is conveniently located at 30 King Street in Buderim and has ample parking with ground floor access.

Fees

Consultation (60 mins) $125-00

Treatment (30 mins) $85-00

DVA (only) is Bulk Billed (no gap)

Medicare – the same fees apply, but you may claim a percentage back. NOT Bulk Billed.

Private Health Funds – will reimburse a percentage dependent upon your policy. A gap payment is usually required.

Hicaps & Eftpos

We have both Hicaps and Eftpos available and this our preferred method of payment.

Referral

You do not need a referral from your GP before coming to see us.

However if you are eligible for DVA / Work Cover or a Medicare EPC you will require a GP referral.

Chaperones

We are very happy for you to have a friend or partner accompany you as a chaperone. All children / young adults under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Parking

We have a car park and there is usually space for you. Alternatively there is on road parking.

Cancellation Policy

We politely ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice in changing your appointment. With less than 24 hours notice a fee will be charged and for unattended appointments the full fee will be charged.
